Return Policy
Returns:
We are happy to offer a 15 day return policy, however Central Boiler assesses a 20% restocking fee on all returns. If you have any questions as to wether the part you are ordering is correct or not, please call us at 1-800-944-1981. Please make sure that you look over your item and make sure it will work for you within the 15 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We are not able to accept returns on hazardous materials, or flammable liquids, gases, or electronic control parts.
How to Return an Item:
To complete your return, please contact us at 1-800-944-1981 or by email at sales@woodfurnaceworld.com for a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) and instructions for your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will have a restocking fee assessed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund or if any restocking fees need to be assessed. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you don't see your refund after 3-5 business days.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@woodfurnaceworld.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us to obtain an RMA for return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2930 61st Street Menomonie, WI 54751. Please note that you must have an RMA for us to know that the returned item came from you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
